Welcome to cookluma. By accessing or using our website at cookluma.tech and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing any order or participating in any activity.

2. Services

Our AI cooking device adjusts heat and timing automatically to deliver consistent results. We offer the following service options:

All service appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session and do not reschedule in time, the session fee will not be refunded.

3. Digital Content

We provide downloadable recipe guides, instructional videos, and software updates as digital content. Access to digital content is granted upon completion of the purchase process. Once digital content is delivered, it cannot be revoked or exchanged, and no funds will be credited.

4. Goods

Physical products, including AI cooking devices and accessories, are sold through our online store. All goods must be inspected upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged during transit, you may ship the item back to us within 14 days for evaluation. After inspection, a replacement or credit will be issued following our evaluation.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Service fees are nonrefundable once a session has commenced. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment, you may apply the full amount as a credit toward a future session.

5.2 Digital Content

All sales of digital content are final. After delivery, no credits or reimbursements will be granted. This policy ensures the integrity of our proprietary materials and supports ongoing development.

5.3 Goods

If a product is found to be defective under normal usage within 14 days of delivery, please ship the item back for inspection. Eligible products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If replacement is not possible, a credit toward another purchase will be issued. Shipping costs for defective items will be covered by cookluma.
